Notes

S 1700-08 eBay described as MLH.  Opened for $6.55 and three people bid it to $11.05.  Scott values at $12.70 (May 00).  Note this is a short set.
S 1710-17 MH opened for $5 and two people bid up to $9.04.  Scott values at $13.75 (July 00).

MNH opened for $7 and sold at that price.  Amusingly the seller stated "Scott price is $13.75 and market price is $17" - I wonder what he thinks the market price is now!  :)  Scott value is, indeed, $13.75 (Aug 00).
