Notes

S 201a invert eBay described as MNH.  Opened for $15 and sold for that price.  Scott says "value about $15"  (May 00).
S 201b dbl surcharge eBay described as "Double printed surcharge on this stamp much more rare that inverted . Mint never hinged, signed by Russian Philatelic Association. Russia net catalog (V.Liapin, Moscow) $40.00 for hinged."  Opened for $25 and sold for that price.  Scott values at "about $25" (June 00).
S 202-6 eBay described as MNH.  Opened for $8 and three bidders took it to $11.75.  Scott values at $16.75 (May 00).

eBay described as MNH except for 205 which is MLH.  Opened for $12 and sold at that price (June 00).

A gutter pair, described as MNH and "folded but very fresh".  Opened for $4 and six bidders took up to $21.  Scott values the basic stamp at 75c MH (Sep 00).
S 211-5 M191-5 eBay used opened for $3.50 and sold at that price.  Scott values at $2.45 (June 00).
S 214a ? eBay described as "Stamp on thin paper signed with Russian state expert. There is a mistake in foreign catalogs, which describe this error as "pelure" paper. All Russian catalogs always indicated as "thin" paper. This stamp on thin paper is rare and very seldom offered. Under valued in all catalogs."  Opened for $40 and closed with no bids (June 00).
